How It Began

A Stay That Didn't Exist Yet

Urbiztondo had everything a traveller to La Union could want — world-class surf breaks, beloved coffee shops, an electric beach strip — but it was missing a hotel that could match that energy while delivering genuine rest. Frania Boutique Hotel was built to close that gap.

The hotel was designed from the ground up with one conviction: that every guest deserves a thoughtfully designed room without paying a premium they can't justify. The result is 11 rooms across two suite types, where solid-wood furniture, fiber WiFi, Smart TV, and Frania-branded bath amenities come standard — not as upsells.

When the doors opened on June 5, 2025, the soft launch was met with a wave of 5-star Google reviews from the first guests — praising not just the rooms, but the warmth of every staff member who made them feel welcome. That response confirmed what the team had set out to build: a place that feels like a proper home away from home in Elyu.

June 5, 2025

Soft Opening Day

Frania opens its doors with 11 rooms across two suite types — the Comfort Suite and the Haven Suite — welcoming its first guests to the newly completed property.

June – July 2025

5-Star Reviews Roll In

Early guests leave the hotel's first wave of Google reviews, all 5-star, praising the aesthetic, the helpful staff, and the prime location steps from the beach and Urbiztondo's best spots.
